6 Ways To Lose Weight

You are on diet , but still you have the same weight. What is wrong? Well it might something to do with your eating habbit. Here is some way that will help you to make your diet successful.

# 1 Switch Your Dinner Menu.

Skipping dinner is very bad idea. Some of us think if we skipping dinner it will be much easier to lose some weight. Well it’s not. You are skipping dinner but you are free to eat everything during the day it will turn up the same. The most important is that what we eat is equal with our activity. So please eat three time a day but arrange your menu so we have balances between our activity and our need of calories.

#2 Pick Fresh Food

How many days in a week you eat fresh food? Went to the market for shoping fresh food not only good for you health but also for your pocket ;). Also it can be exercise for your body when you walk around the market to find food that you looking for. Imagine if you only eat ready eat food. It will contain preservative, msg, and many other chemical thing. You can make supply of fresh food on you refrigerator but please don’t keep it too long in there. Cooking and cleaning the kitchen will be some exercise for your body too.

#3 Prevent Carbo Overload

When your carbo consumtion not equal with your activity , carbo will change into calorie and stay on your body. And when it’s stuck on your body you will get more weight form it.

#4 Avoid Sugar

1 table spoon sugar equal with 10 gram , it will produce 45 calories. 1 slice of papaya also produce 45 calories, but from papaya we not only get sweet we also get vitamin. Every people always need sugar(sweat) . But we can get sweet not only from sugar , we also can get it from fruit or less calorie sweattener. But fresh food is the best choice.

#5 Take Pre Desert Pause

After you have eating, desert it’s always attempting. Tiramisu, Caramel Cake, Chesse Cake or Black Forest, well it’s contain a lot of sugar and also carbo. It will be much better you take some time before you eat your desert. If you eat a lot of sugar after you eat it will absorb your food to body very fast. And it will turn out you ‘ll be feel hungry again in short time.

#6 Get Yourself Exercise

On diet but no exercise? Well it’s going to be torcher then. You just get hungry but never lose weight. Exercise is very important. Why do you think we becoming fat ? Because what we eat and our cativity is not equal. We just spend all day sitting in our office and our portion when we are eating are still the same. To star your exercise you can chosse the simple way. Like choose the stair then using lift. Choose the farest parking place. Take a walk on Sunday morning with you family. 30 minute fast walk can burn 200 calorie.

So just give it a shot…..

The Power Of Yoga

Every saturday, i'm attending yoga class. It's like healing after a week full with stress.
So now i'm going to talk bit bout yoga.

Yoga (Devanagari) is a group of ancient spiritual practices originating in India.
As a general term in Hinduism[1] it has been defined as referring to "technologies or
disciplines of asceticism and meditation which are thought to lead to spiritual experience
and profound understanding or insight into the nature of existence."[2] Outside India,
Yoga has become primarily associated with the practice of asanas (postures) of
Hatha Yoga (see Yoga as exercise), although it has influenced the entire dharmic religions

My instructure said yoga is combaining betwen body strength and body flexibility.
Believe me after you practicing yoga you'll be able to do some acrobatic pose. And when you
practicing yoga you cant push your self , you must follow your body strength. And believe me
if it's your first time practising yoga, you will feel pain for week.....hehehheheeh
It's not that easy like artis do in tv comercial. And yes yoga burn alot of fat from your body.

Here is some yoga pose :
Sukhasana : Its starting position. You must close your eyes. And then start focusing on your breathing.
Tadasana  : Improve posture, balance and awarness
Uttanasana : Stretches the legs and spine, rests the heart and neck, relaxes mind and body          
Trikonasana :Stretches the spine, opens the torso, improves balance and concentration.
Virabhadrasana : Strengthens legs and arms; improves balance and concentration; builds confidence
Bhujangasana : Stretches the spine, strengthens the back and arms, opens the chest and heart.
Adho Mukha Svanasana : Builds strength, flexibility and awareness; stretches the spine and hamstrings; rests the heart.
Janu Shirshasana : Stretches and opens back and hamstrings, improves flexibility
Ardha Sarvangasana : Promotes proper thyroid function, strengthens abdomen, stretches upper back, improves blood circulation, induces relaxation
Sethu Bandhasa : Increases flexibility and suppleness; strengthens the lower back and abdominal muscles; opens the chest.
Savasana : Relaxes and refreshes the body and mind, relieves stress and anxiety, quiets the mind, my favirite pose :D
